Opini.ai makes it easy to manage your subscription so you can adjust your plan as your survey needs change. Whether you want to upgrade for higher response volumes or switch to a different plan, the process is simple and intuitive.
Switching Plans #
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription directly from your account. Here’s how:
- Go to Account → Balance → Change Plan
- Browse available plans and select your preferred option
- Confirm your changes
Upgrades #
Apply immediately with prorated billing — you only pay for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle.
Downgrades #
Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, so you won’t lose any access mid-month.
Monitoring Your Balance #
Your Balance section helps you stay on top of your subscription usage:
- Current Plan: See which plan you’re on at a glance
- Usage Overview: Track responses used and remaining quota
- Alerts & Notifications: Set notifications to be informed when you’re nearing your quota or balance limits
