Opini.ai provides tools to efficiently review and interpret survey data. Analyze responses in-platform, export for deeper analysis, and use AI insights to uncover trends. Dashboards and reports help share results effectively.

For users reviewing responses:

  • Viewing survey responses
  • Exporting survey data (Excel, CSV, etc.)
  • Understanding AI-analyzed insights
  • Reporting and dashboards

Option 1: Analyze Directly in the “Reports” Section #

You can review key metrics without exporting by using the built-in reporting tools:

  • View responses (IPs, timestamps, answers)
  • Filter by date, status, or AI labels (e.g., “Q4 – AI Label”)
  • Check metrics: completion rates, common themes in open-ended answers

Option 2: Export Survey Data #

You can also export the data:

  1. Click Export (button in the Reports section)
  2. Choose a format:
    • CSV – for Excel/Google Sheets
    • SPSS (.sav) – for advanced statistical analysis
