Opini.ai lets you share your survey in two main ways:
- Manual Sampling (Direct Distribution)
- External Sampling (PureSpectrum)
Manual Sampling (Direct Distribution) #
– Upload Your Sample List
- Click “Choose file” and select a CSV from your computer.
- Include columns like: Name, Email, (optional: ID, Company, Age, Notes).
- Click Upload to import the list.
– Map Data Fields
- Review CSV columns and select which to import.
- Assign a data type to each field:
- String – names or text
- Email – email addresses
- Integer – whole numbers
- Float – decimals
- Datetime – dates or timestamps
- Click Save to confirm.
– Review Respondents & Send Invitations
- Your sample appears in a table showing ID, Status, Start/Finish Time, Name, Email.
- Select respondents using checkboxes, then click Send Invitation.
- Status updates automatically:
- Open – listed but not invited
- In Progress – invitation sent, survey not started
- Completed – survey finished
External Sampling (PureSpectrum) #
– Copy Survey URLs
- You will get two links: LIVE URL (for real respondents) and TEST URL (for testing).
- Paste them into the respective fields in your PureSpectrum survey project.
– Enable Link Security (Basic Token)
- In Launch Settings → LINK SECURITY, toggle Basic ON.
- A token will be generated — copy it if required by your survey provider.
– Test & Finalize Launch
- Use the TEST URL to verify survey loading, skip logic, quotas, and redirects.
- Enable Link Security, save settings, and your survey is ready to distribute.
