Customising Look & Feel

Look & Feel is where a project stops looking like a generic survey and starts looking like your brand. Every control sits next to a live preview: pick any question from the Preview question dropdown and watch the change land instantly, with no separate save step.

What you can theme

Page

Title, background colour, font family, font colour and size, and the favicon shown in the browser tab.

Logo

Upload your own logo and place it in any of the four corners.

Aa

Question label

Font family, colour, size and style (bold, underline, italic) for the question text itself.

Category & Category Active

Answer-option chips, styled separately for their resting state and their selected state — background, border, radius and font all configurable for each.

Open-ended text field

Background, border and font styling for the free-text input respondents type into.

Button & Send button

The Next/navigation button, plus the chat send button used in an AI Agent project's conversational view.

Reset & custom HTML

Reset to default reverts every change back to the default theme (with a confirmation, since it can't be undone). If the visual controls don't cover something specific, Custom HTML lets you drop in your own HTML and CSS on top.
